We are back at it starting Monday morning. Thank you all for your understanding while the family spent some time together and away. We had an awesome trip including a backpacking trip (yes, with llamas), some peak ascents, and lots of general goofiness and fun.
All that was great, but we are ready to jump back in with both feet as our regular routine is pretty awesome in its own right. Hopefully you have already figured out how your workout regimen fits into your back to school schedule and you have signed up for classes for this week. If not, do it now! We expect to see classes filling up as people find their way back to real life after summer vacation. Please make sure to cancel if you aren't going to make a class you have signed up for so that someone else can come in your place. We will closely monitor class capacity and make adjustments to the schedule as needed.
