Another Catacombs Games Season is in the books. The energy, camaraderie and support brought by all during the Games Season never ceases to amaze me. We have come a long way from the beginning when Dustin and I would scratch our heads on Thursday nights trying to figure out how to make what HQ threw out work in our tiny space with our fledgling athletes. The events are bigger now and the festivities a bit rowdier. We have so much more help both in staff and volunteers. But I am still incredibly proud that we can pull off 5 straight Friday nights of community driven fun. It is all possible because of you.
An enormous thank you goes out to all of the following:
I am very proud of our competitive athletes for their accomplishments throughout the Games. You inspire all of us to be the best versions of ourselves. But I am even more inspired by those of you that put yourselves out there to see what you could do and faced down the fears of not being strong enough, fit enough, or skilled enough. You embody everything that we are trying to create at Catacombs and I commend you for your courage to give it your best in spite of your own self doubt.
