Ladies, mark your calendars for next Thursday at 6 PM. We will be kicking the dudes out of the gym for an evening workout followed by a little girl time to drink wine and hang out. This is an excellent opportunity to bring a friend that may be interested in joining our community or just seeing what CrossFit is all about. We will structure it like a regular class with teaching time, skill practice, the workout, and mobility. Bring a bottle or beverage to share, any questions you have around CrossFit or Catacombs, and a friend. We will make sure that the workout is appropriate for all-comers. If you are interested in checking out our gym but don't yet have a friend to bring you, send me an email and I will get you all set up!
While we normally welcome well-behaved kids to hang out while parents are working out, this event will be a lot more fun without your kiddos. Leave them behind for a night and come get to know some new friends.
