INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups broccoli (small florets, stems sliced)
1/2 cup low-fat feta cheese (crumbled)
1/4 cup raisins (packed)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Tb black sesame seeds
1/2 Tb sesame seed oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Steam broccoli for 4-5 minutes or until desired tenderness. Remove from pot and transfer to a mixing bowl. Combine all ingredients with the hot broccoli and toss together until combined. Serve warm.
VARIATIONS & OPTIONS
If you don’t like raisins, give their tart cousin dried cranberries a try. For some cruciferous variety, use cauliflower, green beans, asparagus or carrots in place of broccoli
