1 large or 2 small servings
6 oz prawns (raw, peeled, 170 g)
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tb salt
1 Tb coconut oil or butter
1 tsp fresh garlic (minced)
2 Tb orange juice
Season the prawns with the chili powder and salt. Preheat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Add the oil and season prawns and saute until just cooked through and lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute more, stirring constantly. Add the orange juice and serve.
VARIATIONS & OPTIONS
For some added flavor and texture, add chopped shallots and parsley along with the garlic.
