Youth Programs

The Middle School and High School programs are for the student looking to improve their sports performance or create a positive relationship with fitness and health. Through a supportive and challenging environment, students become fast, explosive, powerful, strong, and agile. This program yields confidence and toughness that translates to the field, classroom, and life and is appropriate for the beginner through to the elite high school athlete.




You are age 60 or over but not ready to slow down. You understand that staying active is an important component to maintaining a high quality of life. Longevity aims to increase functional capacity, strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination in a social and challenging environment among those of a similar age.



Kids Fitness

Kids ages 5-10 fall in love from their very first class. The focus is on having fun, learning to move their bodies, and developing a love for the challenge. Kids learn proper mechanics and consistency in a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
