You asked for it, we are delivering. Many of you have asked for more opportunities to focus on lifting (without Tracie’s annoying habit of mixing it with running). It is true that we bias our general programming toward endurance so we understand that some of you would like to spend more dedicated time working on olympic lifting technique or just flat out lifting heavy weight. We are pleased to announce that we will be launching a specialty class to allow you to do just that.
Power Hour is a 6 week lifting program that will focus on olympic lifting technique while mixing in a heavy dose of squats, deadlifts, and presses. It kicks off THIS WEEK and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 PM. It is open to all levels and is included in your unlimited membership. This program is also open to non-Catacombs athletes with no requirement to complete a Foundations course. Attend all 12 sessions or drop in as your schedule allows. Existing members should sign up through Zen Planner as usual. Non-members should email Coach Greg at [email protected] for cost and program details. This program will be led by Lane, Taylor, and Greg.
