AMRAP 8:
8 Push Ups
8 Ring Dips
8 Handstand Push Ups

The 12 Day Reboot – Day 5

Now that you have your workout schedule planned for the next week, it’s time to think about everyone’s favorite topic: food!

For Day 5 (to be completed January 6th),  you’re being tasked with eating a Paleo salad – no grains, dairy, legumes, or sugar.  This can be for lunch, dinner, or any meal in-between.  To help you out I’ve included a link below to one of my favorites.  If you make it once you’ll be making the dressing and putting it on everything! If you find something delicious leave us a comment and share the wealth!     Many of you have told me at the gym that you are killing this challenge. Still holding strong on all fronts…except of course the bedtime routine. Working on it though! Good thing this isn’t an all or nothing challenge.

    I’m all in and really enjoying the challenge! I still need to do another 40 burpees from Day 3. I am feeling much better without sugar and love the early bedtime.
