Functional Movement Screen and Yoga on Sunday
The fun doesn’t stop at Catacombs this weekend. Just a reminder that Sunday we will have Chris Furer at Catacombs from 8:30 till 12:00 to perform Functional Movement Screens on all interested athletes. There is a sign up sheet at the front desk. Not sure what a Functional Movement screen is? Check out this post. Identify your risk factors before they become injuries. Along the lines of injury prevention and improved performance, Sunday afternoon yoga is a great way to unwind the tightness and constriction from a hard week of CrossFit. Don’t miss it!
