You asked for it so we are doing it. In late July, we are launching our full blown half marathon prep program, the Catacombs Endurance Team. We have heard from many of you that you don’t want to wait that long so we are adding one CrossFit Endurance workout to the schedule RIGHT NOW to start building that base. What is CFE? It’s a tried and true endurance sports training program that combines the tenants and benefits of CrossFit with the sport specificity, needs, and performance goals of an endurance athlete. We focus on increasing power and speed while decreasing recovery time, reducing injury, promoting preservation of lean tissue and creating a more sustainable performance curve. We eliminate unnecessary volume from training while increasing intensity. This is not your typical long slow distance endurance training program, but it works.

Mondays at 6 PM will become CrossFit Endurance workouts beginning June 8th. They are open to all Catacombs members. Sign up rules and class limits apply as always. Still have questions? Email [email protected]. Stay tuned for more information on the Catacombs Endurance Team.
