It’s been a hard week in our community and within the Catacombs family. Many of our families are dealing with grief from the death of a young boy that is impossible to make sense of. Members of our coaching staff are working through a separate but equally incomprehensible loss of a family member. Others among us are dealing with heavy burdens in our family lives. I am reminded through conversations with my own family and daily with many of you, that you never know what someone might be dealing with right next to you. Often we put a smile on and let the gym take us away from our struggles for an hour, and I believe that is healthy. But let’s give each other a little extra grace in the coming days and help lift one another up. For those of you that are struggling this week, I hope you will find some relief in the gym and comfort in being around your people here.
