We will be running a reduced schedule over the week of Thanksgiving. Several of our coaches will be traveling and spending time with family over Thanksgiving. We know you hate to miss your workouts and no one likes a change in routine. Still, we are a small family of coaches and we do our best to honor our their family and personal time. We are providing as many opportunities as possible to get your workout in. We promise to use the downtime to re-energize and put together some great programming and special events for the months to come. Thank you for your flexibility and support!
Thanksgiving Week Schedule:
- Monday: 6 AM, 8:30 AM, Noon, 5 PM
- Tuesday: 6 AM, 8:30 AM, Noon, 5 PM
- Wednesday: 6 AM, 8:30 AM, Noon
- Thursday: Turkey Trot at Fort Lewis, 10 AM
All classes will be available for online sign up. We will be back to regular schedule on Monday, November 30 at 5:30 AM.
