We are excited to announce that we are kicking off the middle school version of Durangateens today. The program is geared toward middle school aged kids and will run Mondays and Wednesdays at 4 PM. As always, the focus will be on high intensity functional movement and we will scale for every individual. This program is ideal for:
- off-season/cross-training for athletes that participate in team sports,
- core strength and power development for athletes training for less traditional sports such as cycling, mountain biking, skiing, and mountaineering
- general conditioning and fitness for kids that aren’t into sports AT ALL, but want to be strong contenders in the game of life.
We want to make this a positive, supportive environment for kids to have fun while improving their health and fitness. And it isn’t just a good workout…we will also talk goals, nutrition, sleep, and all around “Making Good Decisions 101”.
And don’t forget our Teens Group. They are a small, but focused crew of athletes that push each to be better every day. The teens meet Tuesday and Thursday at 4 PM. Cost for both programs is $150 for a 10 punch pass for members, $200 for a 10 punch pass for nonmembers. Passes can be shared among family members. Questions?
