Thanks to those of you that came out for the Fourth of July shenanigans. What a great way to kick off the weekend. If you missed out, don’t worry. There will be more team workouts and opportunities to workout with members that don’t typically workout at your usual class time. We have a lot of stuff happening over the next few weeks, so mark your calendar. Here’s a recap:
Starting Line kicks off July 14th: This is the class you want to be in if you are ready to get started at Catacombs. Durangatangs Kids Program launches July 15th: Coach Tad is gearing up for fun and fitness with kids of all athletic abilities and interests. Get your kids out of the house and moving. Classes will run Tuesday and Thursday through August 21. More information can be found here.
CrossFit Total on July 16th: If you like lifting heavy weight, this is for you. If you hate lifting heavy weight, this is for you too. We will take you through the back squat, deadlift, and press and help you identify the top end of your lifting range with each lift. This will be immeasurably helpful in scaling weights for workouts and strength sets. Not only that, it will be an important benchmark as you progress in your fitness. Don’t miss out.
