We’ve had Starting Line on hold for a few weeks while we let our existing members get their legs under them and settle into their CrossFit routine. During that time we’ve seen huge gains in strength, endurance, and even some first ever RX’d workouts and unassisted pull-ups. Congrats to you guys and keep plugging away toward those goals.
Know someone that is ready to begin the journey? We are ready to start the next crew of folks through our Starting Line program. Starting Line is the point of entry where we teach the fundamentals of CrossFit and get athletes ready to integrate into regular group classes. No previous athletic ability is required, just a willingness to learn and get better. Classes are small and supportive so everyone gets what they need. We will drill the functional movements that CrossFit is built upon to get prepared for the intensity that our fast-paced group classes will entail. Sessions are comprised of a teaching element, skills practice, and a workout. We will kick off on July 14 and run for 6 sessions over two weeks. All classes start at 5 PM. The dates of those sessions are as follows:
- Week 1: Monday-July 14, Tuesday-July 15, and Thursday-July 17
- Week 2: Tuesday-July 22, Wednesday-July 23, and Thursday-July 24
Attendence of at least four of the six classes is required for successful completion. Class size is limited to 8 people for Starting Line so sign up soon to guarantee your spot. Sign up online here.
