Are you curious about CrossFit but can’t quite get off the fence? Would you like to try out a class and see if CrossFit is for you? Catacombs is offering a free introductory class for the community on Wednesday night at 7 PM. We will spend some time talking about what CrossFit is and the coaching philosophy at Catacombs. We will show you how a class works with warmup, workout preparation, a workout, and cool down. Then we will wrap up with a question and answer period to make sure you leave with the information you need to decide if Catacombs Fitness if for you.
